Hi Bob, sounds like you’ve gotten a pretty good start with your diet which is great. I’d also make sure you’re getting enough protein in your diet as well. Aim for 0.7-0.8g per pound of bodyweight. Even though you’re very underconditioned physically it’ll be key to take baby steps starting off and work your way up.
